Hi y’all! I’m Paige — a 24-year-old Grand Valley State University alumna, born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I’m a creative at heart with a love for dogs, travel, Jesus, and sunny days at the lake.

From a young age, I’ve always had a camera in hand. I vividly remember organizing photoshoots with my friends in elementary and middle school, directing them in makeshift cooking shows, and editing the footage in iMovie (which I then burned onto a CD and still have). That early spark led me to pursue a degree in Film & Video Production and Photography at GVSU (go Lakers!), where I discovered a passion for documentary storytelling. That love for capturing real, heartfelt moments now defines my style in wedding filmmaking — from the delicate details to the unforgettable highlights.

After several years of balancing photography and videography as a side hustle, I finally made it official. In January 2024, Paige Metcalf Creative was born — and I’ve been thriving ever since.

Throughout this journey, I’ve found an incredible community of like-minded creatives. We share ideas, inspire one another, and support each other through the ebb and flow of the artistic process. My work is constantly evolving, shaped by experience and thoughtful critique. Above all, my goal is to build genuine connections with the people I work with, have a blast while creating, and make meaningful art.
