Owners Gunnar and Sunni Nyblad had a vision to preserve the rural beauty of the land while creating a place where people could gather, celebrate, and make new memories. The main reception area offers more than 6,000 square feet of event space, with soaring ceilings, elegant chandeliers, white oak hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. Large dormers overlook the surrounding apple orchards and gardens, while Juliet balconies and French doors add architectural details that give the space personality beyond the traditional barn aesthetic.
